Founded in 2005, Invetex Corp. developed two flagship products: The HaloTile and The Aquapede Floor System. A limited launch yielded rapid and positive results, securing customers such as Huntsville Hospital, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Air Force bases, University of Alabama Huntsville, Harvard Vanguard Hospital (Boston, MA), NASA, Huntsville Airport Authority, Dynetics (Leidos), Davidson Technologies, CVS Data Center (Rhode Island), and the State of Alabama, among others.

However, the technology did not meet ASTM E84 or UL 723 standards for non-combustibility, and a lack of capital hindered expansion efforts, leading to a loss of momentum. As a result, Invetex has remained dormant in recent years.

Now, Cosentrix has acquired exclusive licensing rights to the technology, including newly filed patents that modernize and enhance the original innovations—positioning them for market reintroduction and scalable growth.
